Meet the Cofounders

Anna Romanov is a third-year Biomedical Engineering student at Georgia Tech, minoring in German and Business. She is engaged in immunoengineering research, focusing on T-cell drug delivery and gene knockdown. She is a Stamps President's Scholar and a 2017 Neurolex Innovation Fellow. In 2016, she was named the Distinguished Young Woman of Georgia. Anna enjoys learning about cultures and travelling; last summer she spent nine weeks studying in China and plans to finish her language minor in Germany next summer. She is passionate about sustainability and loves yoga, dance, and outdoor photography. Anna also plays the violin and has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Midwest Clinic, and London Festival of Music.

Jenni Li is a third-year Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering student at Georgia Tech. She volunteered at her hometown fire department in Bethesda, Maryland as an Emergency Medical Technician before coming to college. She is a 2018 Petit Research Scholar investigating the effect of neurotransmitter mutations on nematode whole-brain dynamics. Jenni volunteers as a peer mentor for first-year chemical engineering students and serves as an executive board member for the program. In her free time, Jenni enjoys sea kayaking and is an American Canoe Association certified instructor. She has paddled all over the Southeast region and is going on a two-week sea kayaking expedition to Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska in Summer 2018. Jenni also loves baking and crocheting.
